Virtual Counselling

Counselling that fits into your life

Life can feel busy enough without adding a commute to your counselling appointment. Virtual counselling gives you the opportunity to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space, wherever you are in Ontario.

I offer virtual counselling to individuals and couples across Ontario, providing a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space to talk through what you are experiencing.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, navigating grief, feeling overwhelmed by stress, or experiencing challenges in your relationships, you don't have to walk through it alone.

A Comfortable Way to Connect

For many people, meeting virtually makes counselling more accessible and easier to fit into everyday life.

There is no need to drive to an office, find parking, or add extra travel time to your day. Instead, you can create a quiet, private space in your own home or office, where you can settle in and focus on yourself.

Our sessions take place through a secure online platform, allowing us to connect face-to-face while you remain in a familiar environment.

What Can We Work On?

Counselling can be helpful when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what to do next.

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating:

  • Anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship difficulties and communication challenges

  • Boundaries, people-pleasing, and codependency

  • Attachment and relationship patterns

  • Family and relationship conflict

  • Life transitions and difficult seasons

  • Preparing for marriage and strengthening your relationship

  • Personal growth and a deeper understanding of yourself

A Counselling Approach Tailored to You

There isn't one approach that works for everyone. My counselling style is conversational, collaborative, and individualized to your needs.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, narrative, attachment-based, family systems, and emotion-focused therapies.

Sometimes you may simply need a safe place to process what is going on. Other times, you may want practical tools and strategies to help you move forward. We will work together to understand what you need and what will be most helpful.

If Faith Is Important to You

For those who want to incorporate their Christian faith into counselling, Christian counselling is also available.

As a Christian myself, I understand that faith can be an important part of how we understand ourselves, our relationships, our struggles, and our hope. We can thoughtfully incorporate your faith and biblical principles into our work when that is something you desire.

Your Story Matters

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out for counselling.

Sometimes taking the first step simply means acknowledging that something isn't working and deciding you would like some support.

My hope is that counselling can be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through what brought you here.
