A safe place to bring your whole story.

Christian counselling for anxiety, relationships, grief, stress, and life’s difficult seasons

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, stress, or a difficult season of life, you don't have to walk through it alone.

As a Christian Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, I offer Christian counselling that integrates your faith with professional psychotherapy. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore what you're experiencing while considering how your Christian faith, values, and relationship with God may be part of your healing and growth.

We can explore questions of purpose, identity, forgiveness, relationships, suffering, hope, and what it means to live faithfully in the midst of difficult circumstances. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy. I will meet you where you are, listen to your story, and work collaboratively with you toward meaningful change.

What we can work on:

  • Anxiety, worry, or overwhelm

  • Stress and burnout

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship or marriage difficulties

  • Family challenges

  • People-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries

  • Shame, guilt, or struggles with self-worth

  • Life transitions and difficult seasons

  • Questions about faith, purpose, or belonging

  • Difficulty navigating forgiveness or reconciliation

Faith-informed, not faith-imposed

I believe Christian counselling should create space for honest questions and genuine faith—not pressure or judgment.

You are welcome to bring your faith into counselling as much or as little as feels comfortable. We can incorporate Scripture, prayer, Christian perspectives, and spiritual reflection when they are meaningful and appropriate for you.

My goal is not simply to tell you what you should believe or how you should feel. Instead, I want to provide a safe place where you can be honest about what you're experiencing, deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, and consider how your faith can be part of your healing and growth.

Hope for the road ahead

Difficult seasons can shape us, but they don't have to define us. Sometimes healing begins simply by having a safe person walk alongside you.

If you're looking for a Christian therapist who can integrate faith with professional counselling in a compassionate and practical way, I would be honoured to hear your story.
